Fantastic plot between the mountains and the sea

Plot of land between mountains and the sea in the hinterland of the Costa Brava
The small place of la Vajol is located high up in the mountains, below the Coll de la Manrella, almost in France, at the border to Vallespir. The origins of the Romanesque church Església Parroquial de Sant Martí date back to the 12th century. The place is very charming and quiet. The façades of natural stone of the old village houses and the picturesque masías are embedded in the green landscape of the Pyrenees’ foothills. The cork-oak and holm-oak woods at the foot of the Pyrenees provide unspoiled nature. Here you can enjoy deceleration. Time seems to pass slower here. The wide view over the Empordà area to the Mediterranean See is spectacular. Experiencing nature is trend. Here is a special offer for investors and property developers:
At the outskirts of la Vajol, there are tow plots, each with 6000 qm, for sale. According to the local land-use plan, the plots can be parceled out. When parcelling it, the minimal plot size is 400 qm. 30 % of the land is cultivable – over two floors and a maximum high of 7 m.
The terrain is perfectly suitable for a small holiday resort with detached houses. In the village, there are small restaurants and Turisme Rural.
From here, you can also get fast to the vivid town of Figueres. The distance to the beaches of Empuriabrava is about 40 km. So you can always enjoy a day at the sea. If you prefer to have a change to the country life every now and then, you can go to the French small town Céret, which is only 20 km away.
You can find all details regarding development and usage of the plot in the corresponding permissions and available on request.
