Bungalow-style villa on the TorreMirona golf course, Costa Brava

This stylish villa is located in the „old“ part of the TorreMirona Golf Resort, near Figueres on the Costa Brava. The property includes a plot of approximately 1,500 sqm, overgrown with mediterranean plants, and offers a beautiful view over the golf course up to the Pyrenees.
The house of 235 sqm plus covered terraces with southern exposure was designed by the architect to offer a lot of space and light. It has a ceiling height of 2.80m, wide corridors, and large window fronts.
You enter the house via a spacious entrance area, which already opens the view through a wide glass door and the living room into the garden.

Furthermore, the entrance area has guest toilets and a spacious cloakroom. From here, pleasant corridors to the right and the left lead to the sleeping areas. On the left side, there are two spacious guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom – all furnished in country style. On the right, there is the master suite with a large bathroom and a dressing room. It has access via a wide French window to the pool terrace. Center of the house is the large salon with fireplace and lounge area, which is open towards the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is also very bright and furnished with a white, fully equipped country kitchen. The dining area with large windows offers nice garden views.

The garden with a large pool, pool terrace, and a well-tended lawn is separated from the golf course with high trees. The house has a garage, a cellar in which all technical equipment is installed, such as the salt water system for the pool and the heating.
All windows of the house are double glazed. Extras include air conditioning, fireplace, electric garage and garden gate, and electric awnings – all with remote controls.
The garden is also equipped with automatic irrigation system and garden lighting.
A house in top condition and best location on the golf course.
