Open to the kitchen/dining area, the comfortably arranged seating group offers protection under traditional cross and barrel vaults and invites you to relax in the evening by candlelight or TV entertainment. Here, too, you have access to the large covered terrace which has views to the Mediterranean garden with its large lawn and pool. The interior and exterior of the house form a perfect unity and allow the boundaries between the interior and exterior areas of life to merge.

On the ground floor to the right of the reception area there is a study or games room, as well as a guest toilet and a guest bedroom straight ahead. The spacious staircase area opens up to the upper floor and the large underground car park under the house.

On the upper floor on the right there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle and a large utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, etc.

At the end of the upper corridor you reach the master suite which has a bathroom. On the left side of the corridor there is another bedroom also with an integrated bathroom and another hobby room. All rooms are very bright and spacious.

The underground car park currently offers space for at least 4 cars. A large room is also reserved for the house’s technological devices. Here, there are the heating system with the circuits for the underfloor heating, the fuse boxes, the Rain Bird irrigation system for the garden (with its own well) and the entire pump system for the pool. Everything is clearly arranged and perfectly installed.

The neighbouring village has a pharmacy, supermarket, many cosy restaurants and small shops and can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bicycle. The station of the high-speed train (AVE) at Figueres is 15 minutes away by car. From here, you can reach the Catalan metropolis Barcelona in less than an hour or the provincial capital Girona in 10 minutes. In winter, the white peaks of the Pyrenees tempt you to ski on the horizon behind the village. The first ski area is only about 1.5 hours away and offers an alternative from beach life. Almost all year round the sea attracts sailing, kitesurfing or surfing. So, there’s always plenty of variety if you get bored at your own pool.
