This romantic little guest house is in a very tastefully renovated historical village house in Fortià. Run as a B&B for many years, it is a regular destination for holidays or weekends for many guests. The house is divided into a rental area and a private apartment for the operator. This B&B has a beautiful entrance with a stylishly restored Catalan cross vault. From there, you get into a dining room with a big table and enough seats for guests. There is also a small industrial kitchen for the preparation of breakfast and works as natural source of light. From there, you can get to a small patio garden, a granny flat and a guest toilet.
The granny flat has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a living room with small kitchenette. All done with flair. The flat also has a separate entrance.
A stone staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, there is an impressive high hall, with a beautiful column, fireplace and a cosy seating area, which is currently used as a common room. A gallery gives the entire room a stylish loft ambience. Historical door frames lead to four spacious double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Everything is very tastefully furnished and adapted to the style of the house.
From the hall, there is a connecting door to the private apartment. From there, you enter through the kitchen and then get to a living room with fireplace, TV and an exit to a terrace. In a small annexe, a washing machine and a dryer are installed. From the salon, a staircase leads to the lower part of the private area with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The corridor between the bedrooms leads to a vestibule to the separate entrance of the private flat.
