The equestrian center is located between the municipalities of Cabrils and Vilassar de Dalt, in the Maresme (Barcelona) only 25 kilometers from Barcelona.
The property has an area of 33,000 square meters, divided into two plots in the register. The yard consists of a house with a constructed area of approx. 389 square meters, divided into three rooms and two bathrooms and a pool in the garden.
On the other hand, the farm consists of six modular buildings with a floor area of 1,300 square meters, intended for stables and warehouses.
