2. Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files on your device. Local storage and embedded scripts can also store, read or transmit information. Necessary cookies manage your choices. Google Maps and YouTube are optional and load only with your consent. Selecting Reject all keeps them blocked. Property information and the enquiry form remain available.
3. Necessary consent cookies
Complianz records your choices using the following first-party cookies, depending on your selections and use. The configured duration is 365 days. The names marketing and statistics refer to recorded decisions; these consent cookies do not themselves perform advertising or statistical tracking.

Signing in to the protected WordPress administration area may also use necessary WordPress cookies: wordpress_test_cookie (session), wordpress_logged_in_[identifier] and wordpress_sec_[identifier] (selected sign-in duration), and wp-settings-[user] and wp-settings-time-[user] (up to one year). They authenticate access, protect the session and remember administration settings; they are not used for advertising tracking.
4. Optional external content
Google Maps displays approximate property locations and YouTube plays property videos. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Once you allow loading, your IP address and device and usage information may be sent to Google. Google may also use cookies or similar technologies for its own analysis, security, personalisation and, where applicable, advertising purposes. If you are signed in, information may be linked to your account. Google also describes processing outside the EEA.
Google lists examples including YSC (browser session), NID and __Secure-YNID (6 months each), and __Secure-YENID and SOCS (13 months each). Actual cookies depend on the service, your Google settings and browser; account cookies may be added when you are signed in. Current details: Google cookie information and the Google privacy policy.
We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NT6ZD7CB) to manage optional measurement scripts. The container loads only after you consent to the Statistics category in the cookie banner. This establishes a connection to Google and may transmit, in particular, your IP address and browser and device information. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where access to your device occurs, Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI). Google’s privacy policy linked above explains worldwide transfers and safeguards. Statistics consent does not grant advertising consent. Other services, such as Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel, require separate configuration and updated information before activation.
5. Consent, refusal and withdrawal
The banner lets you accept or reject all optional content or choose individual services in Settings. A default setting does not constitute consent. You can change or withdraw consent for the future in Cookie settings in the footer. A later withdrawal cannot reverse transmissions already made.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Deleting consent cookies may require you to make your choices again. Blocking all cookies can affect some functions.
6. Legal bases and other services
Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI governs storage or access on your device. Strictly necessary technical operations are exempt from that provision’s consent requirement. Optional operations require consent. Personal data processing by optional services relies on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; necessary storage of your choices supports reliable respect for your decision (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and embedded Facebook or Instagram content are not currently enabled. The notices and settings will be updated before any later activation.
7. Data protection rights
