The 150m² large semi detached holiday home with comfortable furniture and modern design. As part of our maintenance and improvement programm, this villa has been completely renovated in 2015 and is located in the quiet residential area Montseny of Empuriabrava, close to the beach, downtown, shopping area and restaurants.
It is equipped with air conditioning (cold & hot) in each bedroom and the living room, private wi-fi and satellite-TV.
The ground floor consists of a spacious, air conditioned 50m² large living room with large flat screen TV (TNT & foreign channels), a 140 cm sofa bed and a dining area with open kitchen.
An air conditioned bedroom with a 180 cm (2x 90 cm beds) king size bed, a master suite with air conditioning, a “king size” bed of 180 cm large (2x 90 cm beds pushed together) and it’s private en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Independently, there is another commun bathroom with bath tub, toilet and basin.
The upper floor, accaessible by an interior staircase, is equipped with a spacious master suite with air conditioning, TV, a 180 cm (2x 90cm beds) large king size bed, an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and WC) and a private balcony facing South with a lovely view on the pool and surroundings.
There is as well a second suite with air conditioning, 140 cm large French size bed and bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
Downstairs, large sliding glass doors open to the pool area with a 20m² covered terrace and the heated swimming-pool (7,25m x 4m and 1,60m depth) with integrated whirlpool style hydromassage jets, a cascade/waterfall and outdoor shower.
For your additional comfort, you will find comfortable summer lounge fourniture outside, deck-chairs and a large table with chairs for your meals close to the barbecue.
There is also a full size washing machine, an ironing board with iron, a traditional coffee machine and a „Nespresso Dolce Gusto“ available in this home for your convenience.
Off-road driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles on the enclosed, private property.
