On the first floor, accessible from inside and the living room, there will be 4 master bedrooms with air conditioning, a 180cm (2x 90cm twin beds) and their private en-suite bathrooms each (1 with bath tub, toilet and wash hand basin and the 3 other with shower, toilet and wash hand basin). One of these suites will have a flat screen TV as well.
Outside, there is an indoor Spa/wellness area with a whirlpool for 5/6 persons, a hammam for 3/4 persons and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The south-facing 12 x 6,50m large swimming-pool with waterfall and hydromassage jets can be heated by a 13,5kw heating pump.
The covered terrace is equipped with 2 large tables and chairs for 2x 8 persons, a barbecue, 8 deck-chairs and cozy garden furniture.
There is a boccia playfield (french “pétanque”) at your disposal that can be lighted at night.
