our holidays can start now! This new and tastefully equipped holiday home benefits from breathtaking views of the Medes Islands and the dark blue Mediterranean Sea. From the house, you can also look to the vast green rice fields and the Montgrì mountains. The best thing however is, the fantastic sandy beach of Pals is only 10 minutes away! And you can get very fast to the charming historic town centre of Pals with its nice restaurants and bars. There are also a lot of shopping facilities nearby.
The house is divided into a living area with an open plan kitchen and an ensuing covered terrace. Here, you can enjoy a great sea view.
On the same floor, you can find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are tastefully equipped.
The house has air conditioning, oil heating, double-glazed windows with fly protection, a chimney and large built-in wardrobes with white slats.
On the terrace there is an outdoor fire place for having nice barbecues with friends and family. The best place to watch the sunset is the outdoor terrace above the garage, with views of the Medes Islands.
In the basement of the house, there is a small and cosy guest apartment.
