Beautiful and completely renovated/refurbished (2016) two storey holiday villa with modern decoration and design, reversible air conditioning (cold/warm), heated pool with massage jets and an indoor-wellness area with whirlpool for 5/6 persons, hamam, wc and shower in the quiet residential area Montgri.
This detached 180m² villa is located less than 650 meters from the beach, downtown and is close to all amenities
In the groundfloor are 5 bedrooms with air conditioning, a 65m² large living space with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area, A/C, a sofa bed and sofa, a large flatscreen TV (with intl. satellite stations) and a private wifi connexion.
3 bedrooms are equipped with a 180 cm large double bed each (2x 90 cm twin beds pushed together), one with a 160cm French size double bed and another with a small 140cm large double bed. There are 2 bathrooms as well (one with shower, sink and toilet and the second with bath tub, sink and toilet).
The first floor in the adjoining tower, accessible by a spiral staircase, is equipped with 2 additional master bedrooms with a 180cm large double bed each (one with 2x 90cm separable twin beds and the second with 2 non separable 90cm beds). Both bedrooms do have air condtition and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower each. One bedroom has a modern flatscreen TV.
Outside, you will find a South facing swimming-pool that can be heated all year long by a 13,5kw heat pump, as well as a large covered terrace with 2 tables for 2x 8 persons, a barbecue and 6 deck chairs and cozy lounge furniture.
Electric blinds were added to the windows and glass doors of the villa’s front, in order to increase your comfort and security.
