This comfortable modern living area has a fireplace and access to the terrace overlooking the pool and the garden. The wide glass doors to the terrace can be easily slid open. In this balcony terrace there is an outdoor dining area (on the same floor as the kitchen).
To the left of the vestibule there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a double bedroom designed as a master bedroom which has a bathroom with bathtub, a dressing room and an attached office area.
On the top floor there is a small room with breakfast kitchen and a covered sun terrace. From this roof terrace to one side you have view to the sea and to the other side you have views far over the country up to the summits of the Pyrenees.
