The modern furnished, semi detached and south facing tower villa with 220 m² for 10-12 persons is located in the quiet district Alberes of Empuriabrava, in 650m walking distance to the beach and downtown. Some small shops, restaurants and a bakery are located in only 100-200m.

On the first floor, accessible by an inside staircage, there are 3 further air-conditioned bedrooms/suites with a 180 cm “king size” bed each (two 90 cm beds) and en-suite bathrooms with shower, sink and WC. One of the bedrooms has a south orientated balcony.
Outside, there is a sunny 7,10m x 3m large private, heated pool with integrated hydromasage jets and waterfall for swimming and 6 deckchairs for sunbathing. The pool is heated from April to November with an 11 kW heat pump.
A large dining table with 10 chairs and an outside grill/barbecue are also available for your comfort.
The Spa with indoor whirlpool and bathroom is accessible from outside and through the 25m² large terrace besides the house.
The villa is fully fenced/enclosed and offers off-road parking for 1-2 cars at the entrance of the private property.
